We were wondering: if we took an American classic like key lime pie, and completely Frü-ified it, would that be cheeky? Inspired by this mischievous thought, we took a brilliantly buttery biscuit base, covered it with an intensely tangy little layer of real lime curd, and then smothered the whole glorious thing with lashings of silky-smooth
lime-spiked fresh cream cheese. The result? Our Cheeky Little Key Lime Pie. What was that word again? Ah yes: inspired.
