That’s why, even though this lemon cheesecake is already superbly zingy in its lemonosity and quite marvellously smooth and satisfying in its creamcheesiness, we’ve gone to another level and added a layer of lemon curd. That way, even before you reach the biscuity crunch of the base, you’ve visited a whole new world of zest and tang.
