Frü Win a Hamper Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Frü and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

1. Closing date for receipt of entries is noon on Friday 28th November 2008.
2. Only one entry per household.
3. Winner will be selected at random from all the entries soon after the closing date of noon on Friday 28th November 2008 and will be awarded the prizes as stated on the website. No cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with ones of equivalent or greater value.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, damaged, delayed or incorrectly completed entries or for computer hardware, software or network failures of any kind that restrict or delay entry.
5. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
6. Winners will receive their prize by post or courier within 1 month of the closing date. Frü will not be held responsible for items damaged in transit.
